Are the Kennels Climate Controlled?
We know all about Texas heat, yes our kennels are kept very comfortably cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter on those rare cold days. Pets are provided with ample water and snacks throughout the day.
Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you’re more than 72 hours from your booking date we can try to change your dates. Keep in mind, we fill up quickly and there may not be availability on your new desired dates.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the start of booking, if so your booking amount minus any potential deposit will be returned to you. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Boarding Reservations made over holidays are non-refundable.
How do Holidays work?
The following holidays may incur a surcharge for one or more days; New Years, MLK Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Easter, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Holiday stays require payment at time of booking and are non-refundable. Holiday surcharge is $10 per day per pet.
Can I book myself online?
You can use our online customer portal to enter your information and request booking dates and services, however all bookings must be approved by management. We will reach out to confirm details.
Do you require vaccinations.
Yes every pet that stays with us must be vaccinated for Bordatello, Parvo, and Rabies. (Kennel Cough, DAPP/DHPP, Rabies) Records will be kept on file and clients will be notified of expiration.
